We family Praxmarer are proud to welcome you in our holiday paradise in Ötztal. Spend your winter or summer vacation in the beautiful house SCHÖNBLICK here in Sölden. We can offer 3 different apartments and two different kinds of rooms of rent. Either for couples, family or single holidaymaker.

The location of the accommodation guarantees skiing and hiking fun. A cross-country skiing run passes directly next to the house. Beyond that there are many other activities possible for example you can make a tour with a carriage, do some apre´ski or spend a night in a mountain inn.

In summer you also have much leisure facilities: A near outdoor park called Area 47, much bicycle routes, endless number of hiking trails, some public baths and the Tyrol therm in Längenfeld. You also can use the new zentrum shuttle in sölden witch was build in 2010.
